I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can show up just as you are without judgment or pressure. I I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard. My goal is to help you recognize your inner strengths and develop strategies that align with your values so you can navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and enjoy helping individuals of all ages, couples, and families as they discover answers to their questions, create strategies for effective problem solving, and develop capacities they didn’t realize they possessed.

My approach to counseling is collaborative and tailored to each client's unique needs. I empower clients to recognize their strengths, values, and goals for therapy. I support clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and trauma to live their best lives.
