Therapist

I provide a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. My work is attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and relational, helping clients process past experiences, strengthen self-trust, build emotional regulation, and improve how they relate to themselves and others. Together, we focus on growth, insight, and meaningful change in ways that feel safe and supported

Fun Facts: In my free time, I’m usually trying to get enough protein, exploring the Wasatch Mountains—trail running, hiking peaks, or skiing with my kids. I love staying active and enjoy fitness in many forms. I also enjoy reading and learning, camping, laughing often, not being serious, tasting all the food, and spending time with family, friends, and everyone's dog. I’m also a fan of a good sci-fi or thriller movie or TV show.
