Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, whether it’s anxiety, depression, navigating relationships, or facing major life transitions. With over ten years of experience as a school counselor, supporting students and families through their most pivotal moments, I am now expanding my focus to help individuals, couples, and families. Many of my clients face struggles at work, school, in their relationships, or are dealing with the effects of past traumas. I offer a space for you to explore, reflect, and build practical skills to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, or trauma.

Fun Facts: When I’m not working, you can find me exploring the Wasatch Mountains—bagging peaks, trail running, or skiing (I recently swapped snowboarding for skiing after 18 years). I’m an avid fitness enthusiast and love staying active in a variety of ways. I also enjoy spending time with all the dogs I can find! I also love to read, camping, gardening, rock hounding, and most of all spending time with my family.
