Hi, I’m Morgan, an intern therapist providing compassionate mental health support for children, teens, adults, and families. I specialize in working with clients facing depression, anxiety, chronic stress, parenting challenges, and feeling emotionally stuck. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges with empathy and clarity.

As a trauma-informed intern therapist, I offer evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs. My practice integrates a range of proven therapeutic modalities including play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and attachment-based therapy.
