Brenda Butcher, CSW
Therapist

I am a Certified Social Worker who integrates body-based awareness with clinical practice to support healing and self-regulation. I earned a BFA in Modern Dance and an MFA in Ballet from the University of Utah, as well as a Master of Social Work from Boise State University. My work is grounded in the understanding that the body often holds experiences that are difficult to access through words alone. I aim to create a collaborative, warm, and embodied therapeutic space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered. Two of my favorite books are When Things Fall Apart by Pema Chödrön and All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr.
