Anne Banks, RN, Life and Wellness Coach
Registered Nurse and Life Coach

I began my career as a nurse in women’s health and chronic disease management, where I saw firsthand how important healthy habits are for long term wellbeing. Over time, I felt called to help people create those habits and make meaningful changes in their lives. This led me to pursue certification as a Life Coach through The Life Coach School.
At Cottonwood Counseling & Coaching, I’m grateful for the opportunity to combine my medical background with coaching skills to support clients in building sustainable habits that lead to lasting change. I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between the body and mind, and I’m currently expanding my training in somatic therapy to offer an even more holistic approach to growth and healing.
